Stucco Painting Method
Before painting, all stucco surfaces will be thoroughly pressure washed to remove loose paint, dirt, and debris. Soil areas near the stucco base will be trenched approximately four inches below the surface for complete coverage.
Cracks in the stucco (excluding minor hairline cracks) will be patched in accordance with industry standards. Mildew-affected areas will be treated with a Tri-Sodium Phosphate and bleach solution to ensure proper adhesion and longevity.
Surrounding elements such as windows, landscaping, and fixtures will be carefully masked using paper, plastic, or drop cloths to protect against overspray. Primer and finish coats will be selected based on the specific requirements of the surface.
All materials will be applied cleanly and professionally—free of runs, drips, skips, or other defects—using only high-quality paint products to ensure a durable and uniform finish.

Wood Painting Method
All wood surfaces will be pressure washed to remove loose paint, dirt, and debris. Surfaces will then be scraped, sanded, or wire-brushed as needed to ensure proper adhesion, and any loose boards will be re-nailed. Cracks or gaps in the wood will be caulked to seal and protect.
Non-painted areas—including windows, plants, and fixtures—will be covered with protective materials such as paper, plastic, or drop cloths. Primer and finish products will be selected based on the specific needs of the project and applied using a spray and backroll method for consistent coverage.
Paint will be applied using brush, roller, or spray—depending on surface type—for optimal results. All coatings will be applied evenly and professionally, without runs, drips, or other defects, using only top-quality paint materials to ensure a long-lasting, durable finish.

Wrought Iron Painting Method
All wrought iron surfaces will be thoroughly sanded and wire-brushed to remove rust, peeling paint, and debris. After preparation, surfaces will be wiped down with a cleaning solvent to ensure proper adhesion.
Exposed metal will receive spot priming as needed, followed by one full coat of high-quality finish paint. The job site will be maintained daily to ensure a clean, organized work area throughout the project.
