It all started over 50 years ago on a hot California summer day.

After returning from Vietnam, Bill Waddell began painting billboards, driven by a desire to build something of his own. With skill, ambition, and a dream, he left his 9–5 to start Bill Waddell Painting—founded on hard work, craftsmanship, and the belief he could do it better.

As his reputation grew, so did his family. Bill raised his children with the same work ethic, and two of his sons—Robert and Jonathan—worked alongside him for decades, eventually earning their own contractor licenses.

In 2003, they launched Waddell Painting Inc., carrying on the legacy with the same principles Bill instilled: quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Today, with over 35 employees and crews trained in-house, Waddell Painting Inc. serves residential, commercial, and large-scale HOA projects across the Inland Empire. From a one-man shop to a multi-crew operation, our commitment to craftsmanship remains unchanged.
